Carmen Botermann
Founder of HEART for ART
Carmen Botermann has been working as a make-up artist and hair stylist for more than 30 years.
She began her professional career with a classical job training as
hair stylist. Already at that time she was drawn to the world of make-up and didnt miss any opportunity
to acquire knowledge in this field.
After her apprenticeship as a hair stylist she worked assisting
numerous renowned make-up artists both in Germany and abroad.
In addition to an education as make-up artist in London she also
completed a training as body-make-up artist in Germany to keep
herself up-to-date and to perfect her skills. Right after that she was
able to work on a freelance basis.
Besides her high professional skills and creativity it is her sensitivity
towards her counterparts and a strong sense for the needs of a task.
Having become one of the best-known beauty-experts in Germany
she is a convincing and pleasant conversational partner and has still
remained genuine and down-to-earth.
Apart from her
expertise and her sense for art, she works independently for several international companies as beauty expert and
trend-setter, she is the
make-up artist for shootings, films and television productions, fashion shows and magazines
and is furthermore a demanded stylist for public appearances of celebrities.
